GreenGale Publishing will partner with FreshDirect to create a 2-month custom content-driven digital program across the Hamptons and Gotham websites. The program will serve to generate buzz and awareness among our engaged online audience and accomplish the following:
- Promote FreshDirect's seasonal delivery on Long Island's East End
- Highlight same-day delivery in NYC
- Position FreshDirect as a leader in the produce delivery sector
GreenGale Publishing will utilize the following strategic and targeted digital assets to promote FreshDirect to our audience of prospective clientele in the Hamptons and New York City markets:
GreenGale Publishing will produce a custom content series to run across the Hamptons and Gotham websites, presented by FreshDirect, that will highlight the brand's offerings, fresh deals, etc., during key seasonal timing.
Potential content ideas can include the following:
- "Staycation Eats: Bring the Mediterranean / Caribbean / etc. Home" - position FreshDirect as a culinary authority by providing recipes themed around specific regions, paired with wines
selected by FreshDirect
- "How to Throw the Perfect Dinner Party / Mediterranean Party / etc." - include meal kits and fresh produce, along with tableware, fashion, wine to create the perfect Hamptons or NYC
ambience
- "Picnic Perfect Recipes" - recipes for picnics and where to enjoy them during the summer (local beaches, parks, etc)
All custom content pieces can include a special call to action to drive readers to the FreshDirect website, which can include a special deal or promotion to drive engagement.
Content will go live every other week during the 2-month campaign and each piece will be promoted on each site's homepage rotator for one (1) week when posts go live.
To complement the sponsored content series, GreenGale Publishing will produce custom recipe videos that will live on the Hamptons and Gotham social media networks. Videos can also be included in each sponsored blog post to bring the content to life for our readers in a visually compelling and engaging way.
FreshDirect will have the opportunity to reinforce your brand message by wrapping the content with run of site display advertising across each channel of the Hamptons and Gotham sites for one (1) month each, at 20-33% share of voice.
Units include: 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial (with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions).
All ad units will be hyperlinked to the FreshDirect website, and can include dynamic capabilities and rich media.
FreshDirect will receive also receive two (2) non-consecutive weeks of a homepage pop-up ad banner on both websites, providing high-impact visibility and hyperlinked to the FreshDirect website.
The homepage pop-up can run for one (1) week each month of the 2-month campaign.
FreshDirect will receive two (2) dedicated email blasts per market, sent to our coveted, high-quality opt-in email subscribers. Our lists are verified by Claritas with 20% of subscribers having incomes of more than $1MM. We also have strong open rates, with blasts consistently achieving average rates of 20%. All dedicated e-blasts have optional a/b subject line testing, as well as unique send times per individual suscriber (based upon time of day that subscriber is most likely to open email) to ensure maximum engagement.
