James Beard Foundation Chef and Champagne

On Saturday July 28, 2018, Hamptons Magazine joined the east end culinary community with Audi and past cover star Padma Lakshmi in support of the James Beard Foundation’s Annual Chefs and Champagne event. Over 35 chefs from around the country created delectable dishes for the celebration at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, which featured flowing Champagne Boizel and wines and ciders from Wölffer Estate Vineyard. A silent auction, including one-of-a-kind dining experiences and culinary travel packages, raised over $100,000 to help support JBF’s mission, scholarship, education and JBF Impact Programs.
