An annual author’s luncheon benefitting Southampton Fresh Air Home’s year round programs for physically challenged children took place at The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges in New York City on January 22nd. Renowned chef and author Jean-Georges Vongerichten provided guests with an unforgettable experience. Attendees enjoyed a four course menu designed by the four star chef as well as an intimate conversation with Jean-Georges and food writer Alan Richman. All guests received a signed copy of Jean-Georges’ recent book JGV: A Life in 12 Recipes.
