THE WELL & Christy Turlington Hosts Morning of Yoga & Rituals to benefit Every Mother Counts
|July 23, 2019|Parties,
On Saturday (July 20th), founding members of THE WELLrevitalized and recentered to embark on a spiritual journey through a guided yoga class. Led by Joyce Englander Levy, THE WELL’s Director of Mindful Movement, guests practiced a movement class at The Wine Stand at Wölffer Estate Vineyard. Located outdoors, attendees took a moment at the end to journal amidst the backdrop of expansive fields, rolling greens and complete serenity.
After, the class cooled down at the beauty table with cold towels and face mists. Guests were invited to mingle and chat with Christy Turlington to learn more on Every Mother Counts over light bites and refreshing beverages.
Light bites were provided by the culinary team of THE WELL’s forthcoming restaurant, Kitchen & Table - a concept spearheaded by the team at Cafe Clover. Offerings included an assortment of breakfast pastries; Bircher Muesli with green apple, sprouted nuts, seeds and plant milk; and an array of fresh juices such as green, beet and citrus.
THE WELL, redefining the way we seamlessly integrate wellness into our daily lives, officially launches its first modern membership-based club this Summer 2019 in NYC’s Flatiron. The first of its kind, Co-Founders Rebecca Parekh, Kane Sarhan and Sarrah Hallock have created a complete ecosystem for wellness which brings together the best of Western medicine and Eastern healing under one roof. At THE WELL, your health is integrated, proactive and personalized, leading to a more balanced you.
