Arthur & Son’s mouthwatering chicken parm.
Arthur & Sons brings la dolce vita to the East End with a year-round restaurant. Now that’s amore.
Much to the delight of the Hamptons foodie flock, Arthur & Sons is heating up the Bridgehampton culinary scene with its first-ever Hamptons kitchen. Italian tradition meets trend at this New York-born- and-bred restaurant, coming with a cultlike following from its viral fare.
Start the meal off strong with burrata
Spearheading it all is highly acclaimed Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and co-founder and co-creator of restaurant franchise Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer Joe Isidori, expanding his footprint to the East End.
Don’t resist the restaurant’s famous Caesar salad.
“The vibe will be unique to the Hamptons,” says Isidori. “Imagine a rustic, old-school Italian American restaurant with that Hamptons summer charm. The Hamptons will love us! We are everything they want—cool and casual, with food for everyone. Who doesn’t love a perfect chicken parm along with our world-famous spicy rigatoni?”
Savor the moment with cacio e pepe
Drawing inspiration from the Isidori family’s three generations in the restaurant industry, the menu is the ultimate recipe for year-round success. Under the culinary direction of Isidori, diners can feast their eyes on dishes that pay homage to Italian American classics (think chicken parmigiana, shrimp scampi and spaghetti carbonara). Wash down flavorful fare with buzzy drinks like the espresso martini and Italian lemonade, or opt for a glass from the restaurant’s expansive wine collection.
“My favorites are the chicken parm and our famous spicy rigatoni alla vodka, but we are really excited to add some lighter fare,” says Isidori. “I love our new chopped salad with fresh mozzarella and soppressata with our signature Italian vinaigrette. Add some grilled shrimp or chicken with a glass of pinot grigio, and you’re all set to go— now we can eat.”

The culinary experience is elevated by the space’s interiors, transporting guests to old-world Italy and New York with vintage elements like Tiffany lights, red candles, and Rat Pack-era artwork and photos indoors and on the patio. The cozy 70-seat dining room aims to capture the old-school, newschool vibe, with additional outdoor seating for warmer months. With decadent bites and rustic interiors to match, savor the moment by securing a seat at this year-round gem. 203 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton,arthurandsonsnyc.com
