Located in Hampton Bays, The Hampton Maid is known for its incredible accommodations, enviable location and, of course, its delicious brunch. Offering both traditional favorites, such as chocolate chip pancakes, and modern choices, such as acai bowls, there’s a reason The Hampton Maid is a Hamptons classic. Insider tip: Don’t miss out on the delicious juices, such as the Shinnecock Sunrise, a mix of orange and cranberry.

One could hardly discuss Hamptons brunch without mentioning Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House. This farm-to-table resto located in Bridgehampton uses ingredients grown right on the property’s one acre farm. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu offerings, though the seared black bass, coconut chia pudding and sweet pea soup are our personal favorites.

Airy, bright and fresh are just a few of the words that are top of mind when thinking about La Fin. Helmed by talented culinary director Chris Brandt, La Fin provides delicious farm-to-table cuisine in a gorgeous seaside setting. The extensive cocktail menu includes delicious tipples such as the De La Soul, complete with Prairie Organic Vodka, limoncello, Aperol, lemon and prosecco.

Fresh, delicious Mediterranean cuisine is the perfect choice before a beach day, and Lulu Kitchen & Bar provides our very favorite in Sag Harbor. The raw bar is excellent, ranging from seafood towers piled high with oysters, clams, shrimp and tuna tartare to a whole lobster. To top it off, specialty cocktails such as the Sorrento Spritz and La Figue En Rose are incredible, and the brunch happy hour is unbeatable.

This Bridgehampton eatery is where French classics meet the Hamptons’ finest ingredients, such as ultra fresh shrimp, mussels and fish. For the past 20 years, Pierres has been providing some of the best soup to be found on the island, such as the traditional French onion soup and the chicken broth. We recommend sitting outside for excellent people watching!

There’s something special about brunch with a view, and Tillie’s at Gurney’s Montauk certainly offers just that. Located in Gurney’s Scarpetta Beach venue, Tillie’s is a great option for groups, as the pastry basket, seasonal fruit plate, smoked salmon board and various sides are excellent to share. If one too many glasses of rosé left you with a headache, don’t miss the cold pressed juices for a kick of nutrients and hydration.

At long last, Tutto Il Giorno of Sag Harbor and Southampton expands to East Hampton with new concept Tutto Caffe. Gaby Karan’s latest will be a more casual approach to Tutto Il Giorno’s finest, offering coffee, pastries and light fare, such as salads and small plates. Opening this summer, we expect Tutto Caffe to be the Hamptons’ new hotspot this season.
