SCULPT by Emily Tyson is no joke; the creator of the program is a former ballerina and mom of two and brings her pilates expertise to the big leagues. Her classes consist of a mix of Pilates, dance, and calisthenics to maintain that bikini-ready body no matter the season. Don’t worry about safety while breaking a sweat-- their bikes are outdoors and six feet apart. Though pushing it to the max is always rewarding, Soulcycle vows to remain a stress outlet during unprecedented times.
