Hamptonite Brian Mazza debuts a socially distanced fitness class at Clubhouse.
As the world slowly reboots, Hamptonites are looking for new ways to remedy the inactivity associated with quarantine. Thankfully, fitness collective Clubhouse is offering a new session led by athlete and entrepreneur Brian Mazza on Sunday, August 9 at 9 a.m. At Topping Rose House, Brian will debut his Athletic Based High-Intensity Interval Training, a 45-minute session during which clients will engage in a set of exercises including push-ups, burpees, planks, high-knees and other workouts that can be replicated at home to stay active.
Mazza’s fitness philosophy is a mixture of meticulous planning and staying realistic about the best ways to attain a client’s goal body. He achieves mental clarity by ingraining proper sleep, nutrition and training into his schedule. Mazza says of the approach, “Attack each day with a positive attitude and start building small wins.” 1 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, theclubhouselife.com
