HOW DO YOU GET YOUR FALL WARDROBE AND HOME IN SHAPE AS WE ENTER THE FALL SEASON?
Maintenance is key versus cleaning. Clothing, furniture and window treatments are all subject to soil and contaminants regularly, yet most people ignore their maintenance. Never put clothes away dirty. Outdoor furniture, especially cushions, should be cleaned before putting them away for the season. Window treatments should be cleaned before they get too dirty. White flowing sheer draperies actually act as a filter and will trap airborne dirt in them and start to turn gray. Couches and armchairs pick up soil and oils on the arms where people place their hands. All of these items should be cleaned seasonally to ensure their longevity. Fall clothing, especially sweaters and woolens, should have been cleaned prior to putting them away for the warmer weather and should never be stored in plastic dry-cleaning bags! Even though you wore something and think it is clean, light oil stains will oxidize and sugar-based stains will caramelize if not cleaned prior to putting them away. These stains become more difficult to remove as they set over time and are an invitation for moths to do further damage.

Rush orders can be accommodated using messengers, courier services and drivers if time is of the essence and our regular turnaround will not suffice.
