It’s rare for carnivores not to salivate over anything from COTE—and its newly debuted well-done East End initiative, COTE “Out East” Butcher’s Feast, is no exception. “As a restaurateur, I have always thought about the possibility of opening a satellite in the Hamptons,” says COTE owner Simon Kim. “Personally, my favorite way of celebrating out East is to get together with friends and family around a grill, after a day at the beach, with cuts of the best beef in the world and enjoying each other’s company.” Through Labor Day weekend, COTE offers delivery of its signature Butcher’s Feast box for six meat lovers, including a 125-gram tin of Regiis Ova caviar and rare Japanese A5 wagyu from Miyazaki prefecture.
