Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to burn up the dance floor as DanceBody returns to the Hamptons this summer.
Adding some boogie and flair to the Hamptons air, DanceBody is dancing the summer away through Labor Day. Led by co-founders Katia Pryce and Courtnay Mariani and DanceBody’s team of top-notch trainers, the company’s 60-minute classes allow dancers of all levels to find their rhythm and activate their inner dancer.
“As we celebrate our 10th year in business in NYC and the Hamptons, we are excited to return in full force with our high-in-demand cardio and sculpt workouts,” says Pryce, CEO and co-founder of DanceBody. “Nondancers are welcome and will find that they love feeling a new kind of movement in a fun way while also getting results. Sweat, sun and sisterhood in the summer—there truly is nothing better.”
New to the 2023 lineup of twirls and whirls are dance and cardio sculpt classes at the Bridgehampton Community House. Seven days a week following its grand opening Memorial Day, East Enders can dance and sculpt their way to perfection in this electric atmosphere. Stage fright? Private and semiprivate sessions are available in-home and in the studio, as well as low-impact sculpt classes for Hamptonites avoiding high-impact workouts.
DanceBody’s classes are electric and an incredible workout.
“I love how much you get out of each workout,” says Pryce. “Physically, it hits it all, every single muscle, plus fits in your cardio and your toning—it’s perfectly balanced. Mentally, it’s a great way to detox your mind and get into your body. Spiritually, you leave feeling better than when you arrived. It’s a pure dose of ‘happy chemicals’: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins.” Bridgehampton Community House, 2357 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, dancebody.com
