It's no coincidence that Dopo la Spiaggia and Dopo Argento are related—their specialty in Italian cuisine is unrivaled. Both restaurants have revamped their dining experience since last summer, for the better. Along with mouthwatering pasta, Dopo la Spiaggia’s outdoor bar in East Hampton is up and running, with a new, fully covered space. As for its sister restaurant, the team at Dopo Argento is excited for the first normal summer of dining.
