National Lobster Day is fast-approaching on June 15, and Ed’s Lobster Bar, known for fresh, New England-style fish and seafood by chef Ed McFarland, will be offering a build-your-own lobster roll special that will last for the week (June 15 to June 21). The special will be available for takeout and delivery and will also be offered in both restaurant locations in NYC and Sag Harbor, pending their openings.
