Fauna’s Summer House salad captures the essence of the season.
What will it be? Patio performances, weekend brunch, or how about a new lunch menu available Friday through Sunday? Whatever you choose, Fauna has you covered. This year-round eatery cooks up only the best—boasting a menu full of seasonal fare, cultlike wine and handcrafted cocktails. New to the table is the Summer House salad made with organic greens, Maine lobster, English peas, pickled shallots, jalapeno, navel oranges, roasted baby corn, cashews and a creamy green goddess dressing. Owner David Hersh shares, “This salad captures the true essence of summer in the Hamptons on a plate and is available on our new lunch menu.” As for the evening, expect a weekly prix fixe dinner menu (available Monday through Thursday), a heavenly weekday happy hour and, of course, live music on the patio every Thursday night. 6 Parlato Drive, Westhampton Beach, faunawhb.com
