As a woman-about-town, wellness thought leader, author and mother, one might wonder exactly how Hannah Bronfman (@hannahbronfman) fits it all in… all while maintaining a seriously megawatt glow. Thankfully her HBFIT (hbfit.com) site offers a wealth of information and her own beautifully carefully curated market for health, beauty and fitness that prioritizes minority founders. We polled the fitfluencer for an inside look at her daily routine.

What first inspired you to get into the world of wellness? I grew up in a household that was very into the world of wellness; my mom loves reiki, very plant based and conscientious about nutrition. However, it was really when my grandmother passed away from anorexia that I made health and wellness a priority in my life. From then on I started trying various health trends, paying attention to how I fuel my body and documenting it all on social media, and soon enough HBFIT was born!

How do you hope to innovate the industry, or is there a void in the market that you hope to fill? I really think there is whitespace in the health and wellness market when it pertains to ingestible beauty whether that be with hormones, vitamins, etc., in non-pill and powder formats. I also think there is room for innovation when it comes to postpartum health for women. After going through my pregnancy, I realized that there is so much room for products and services that make those months postpartum easier for you whether that be with nutrition, self-care, postpartum-friendly workouts, etc.

What upcoming news or current projects can we buzz? I’m very excited about our latest HBFIT drop because it is all about enhancing your wind-down routine, which is my favorite time of the day. I wanted to create products that I believe make a difference in your skincare routine, from face and body gua sha to cute spa headbands and muslin cloths. Plus they are all fun, cute and perfect for the ’gram!
