While many restaurants Out East remain open solely for the summer, Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House is open year-round for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Do not be fooled, though, because there is always a fight for a table here–it’s nearly always booked out, so be sure to set your Resy alerts now!

Snagging a reservation at LDV at The Maidstone is the ultimate winter flex in the Hamptons. At its heart, the culinary magic of Scarpetta chef Jorge Espinoza transports diners straight to Italy with dishes like spaghetti alla Nerano and squid ink linguine, best paired with cocktails or wine in the chic garden. Add in a coastal-inspired redesign by Poonam Khanna, and every detail oozes understated luxury. With LDV’s first hotel venture making waves, the only thing harder than leaving is getting in.

Diners at the Sag Harbor location are submerged into an experience with breathtaking marina views and iconic French cuisine that is sure to leave them eager to come back for more.

Named after the brightest constellation in the summer sky, Calissa is Water Mill’s’ favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Located right on Montauk Highway, it is a must-visit if you are lucky enough to reserve a seat. Calissa’s three sister restaurants are all located in New York, but with Calissa, the Hamptons have never felt so Greek.

You cannot beat the views of Sag Harbor Bay at this special summertime-only restaurant, which has stayed open for over 20 years. If snagging a reservation at Beacon is proving challenging, be sure to check out their sister restaurants, Bell & Anchor and Fresno, in Sag Harbor and East Hampton, respectively. Or, head over to their website when the sun starts to set, and watch it as it is streamed live on their webcam.

Situated right on Main Street in Amagansett, il Buco al Mare offers a Mediterranean menu that incorporates Italian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, and more. The original Il Buco sits on Bond Street in the NoHo area of Manhattan, and it was an antique shop before a menu was even in the books.
