3 Endive Bundles
¼ cup of toasted pine nuts
¼ c of shaved parmesan
2 oz Lillet Rouge
2 oz olive oil
2 oz balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Separate the endive leaves and place on a platter, shave fresh parmesan over leaves, sprinkle over toasted pine nuts. For the dressing mix equal parts Lillet Rouge, olive oil and balsamic vinegar; mix well and season with salt and pepper, drizzle over endive leaves.
