A proper toast to 2021
This holiday we are toasting the small luxuries that make the season festive and bright. In a custom video series our National Fashion Director, James Aguiar, is highlighting the thoughtful touches and tasty treats and drinks that will bring joy to any table.
As we close out 2020 and usher in 2021, James shares some of his little luxuries that make this New Years Eve one to remember. Check out the video for more entertaining tips and follow the recipe below for the perfect holiday drink.
2oz of Lillet Blanc
2oz of white grape juice
4oz of Perrier-Jouët Champagne
Twice-baked Potatoes and Caviar
6 baby potatoes
1 oz Caviar
Boil potatoes until tender, drain well
Transfer to a baking sheet and let cool. Once cool, cut the tops off the potatoes and slice bottoms, so the potatoes can stand
Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out the flesh from the potatoes, leaving a shell. Place the scooped parts into a bowl
Mash the potatoes with a bit of butter, salt and pepper; return to the potato shell
Bake on 375 for 15 min, brush with melted butter, bake 15 min more
Top potato with ¼ tsp caviar and Crème FraÎche
