Jane Abrahams, Wendy Trunz and the entire team at Jane's Addiction help clients embrace a more abundant mindset.
The allure of the luxurious Hamptons lifestyle attracts people from all corners of the globe. The sandy beaches, vibrant social life, picturesque landscapes and charming villages make it one of the most desirable summer destinations in the world. Fortunately, Jane Abrahams, founder and owner of Jane’s Addiction Organization (janesorganization.com), is making the task of seasonal relocation and organization more manageable than ever.
Upon establishing Jane’s Addiction Organization—a concierge moving, organizing and staging firm for homes and offices—in 2013, Abrahams and her business partner, Wendy Trunz, inspire a positive approach to change. “We are partly professional organizers and partly psychologists,” Abrahams says. “When people are overwhelmed, it is hard for them to make decisions.” Working alongside, or more often remotely with, their clients, Abrahams’ talented team makes transitions less physically and emotionally taxing.

Abrahams’ addiction goes beyond building a profitable business. With a heart for both entrepreneurship and philanthropy, she recognizes the importance of giving back to the community that has voted Jane’s Addiction Organization Best in Nassau County for four consecutive years. Through their altruistic initiative, The Clothing Locker, Abrahams and her associates have established a unique outlet for excess, encouraging clients to donate no-longer-needed items such as clothing, shoes, towels, bedding, home goods, children’s toys, strollers and cribs. “Our ultimate goal is to inspire a sense of gratitude with our clients— gratitude for their homes, their belongings, their loved ones, and even for the inevitable process of letting go. Sometimes, when we relinquish the unnecessary, we create space for something new and extraordinary in our lives while making a positive impact on those in need.”
At the end of the day, attitude is everything. Yes, moving can be a logistical challenge, but it can also be an opportunity to reevaluate what’s truly important. Jane’s Addiction Organization understands this better than anyone, and by applying a thoughtful approach to professional moving and organization, Abrahams and her team empower their clients to let go of excess in exchange for an abundant mindset. After all, if we redirect our thinking, we can transform our life. With the support of Abrahams and her talented task force, moving can become more than just a source of stress—it can become a catalyst for living a more intentional, organized and decluttered existence. So, why not take the first step toward a brighter, more fulfilling future with the help of a Jane and a few good women?
