What is your favorite part of your job?
I love many things about working in real estate, but selling in the Hamptons is at the top of my list. Helping sellers list their homes comes with a lot of responsibility, and my most significant role is as a trusted advisor. From pricing right to capturing the best photos and videos, I enjoy every step from start to finish. By keeping my finger on the market’s pulse, I can strongly advise my clients, share my expertise and guide decision-making. I also really like working with buyers. We get to build a relationship, and once I understand who they are and their needs, I can find them the perfect fit. It’s my job to know the Hamptons inventory, and it’s satisfying to match a buyer to their dream home.
Granite countertops, custom cabinetry and professional appliances make this kitchen perfect for cooking.
What neighborhood are you loving right now?
Right now, I love the estate section in East Hampton, where the beaches are so quiet and serene. It has such a unique feel. I also love Amagansett Lanes because you can walk to the ocean and town. You get the best of both right there.

What are you most looking forward to this summer?
Crafted by Trunzo Builders in 2018, this residence stands as an architectural masterpiece.
I’m looking forward to the warm weather and enjoying beach days and nights with my wife and two children. We have the whole family surfing now, and I love sharing that passion with the kids. There’s nothing better than a beach bonfire at the end of the day!
What does your ideal day look like in the Hamptons?
On a perfect day in the Hamptons, I wake up early, about 6 a.m., and get a workout in. I like going for a run around the neighborhood or hitting the home gym. That helps me energize and focus for the day ahead. I’ll visit Tutto Caffè, an East Hampton favorite for coffee. Then, I’ll work a few hours negotiating deals, fine-tuning marketing materials on a new listing or reviewing inventory with a buyer. Every day is different, which I love. In the summer, I try to end the day at the beach and stay until 6 or 7 p.m. I love the early evening hours there when it’s peaceful.

Are there any exciting listings or other real estate or business news you want to spotlight?
I’m excited about our listing at 96 NW Landing right now. It took two and a half years to build since it’s so close to the bay and water. It’s constructed brilliantly of glass to maximize the views and capture the sunsets. It’s amazing. We’re building a robust pipeline right now, too, with an oceanfront opportunity and other stellar properties in the works that we’re excited about and can’t wait to share. elliman.com,585.260.5620,[email protected]
