With more than 20 local farms contributing to the cuisine at La Fin, you’re sure to find some of the freshest plates of the season right on the docks of the Montauk Harbor. “Fall is my favorite season,” shares new Director of Culinary Chris Brandt. “We are excited to introduce some new items to our menu such as cauliflower flatbread topped with roasted pumpkin, kale, dried cranberries and toasted pumpkin seeds as well as an organic harvest salad made up of greens, roasted butternut squash and beets, candied walnuts, goat cheese and a sherry vinaigrette.” Stunning ocean views and sea air greet guests and serve as a reminder of La Fin’s commitment to bringing the outdoors to the table.
