Manolo Blahnik returns to the East Coast just in time for summer.

After a 38-year stay at its legendary location on West 54th Street, Manolo Blahnik announced its permanent closure at the end of 2019, almost as if predicting what would soon ensue in the city due to the pandemic. But no need to fret: The brand will be gracing the Hamptons and New York City with two brand-new stand-alone stores just in time for an especially anticipated summer. Spanish designer Manolo Blahnik has already mastered the formula for creating a prodigious experience, within each store and each shoe, and we know these new shops will be no different. “It has always been a dream of mine to have a strong presence in such coveted locations,” Blahnik says of the new shops. “I feel like I have been working on these boutiques for quite some time now, so it really is a huge moment for me that they can finally open and for all of our devoted clients to experience them!” 52 Main St., East Hampton; 717 Madison Ave., New York
