What aspect of the job do you prioritize most?
The most important part of this job is always the people—whether a buyer looking for a wonderful home, a builder looking for a great opportunity or an owner looking to make a sale, the people I work with always come first. Taking the time to listen and learn the goals of each individual in a specific transaction always makes for the best outcome. I am very grateful to have many repeat customers and referrals.
What sets your work apart from other real estate brokers in the industry?
My legal background was foundational—I do this as a profession. I have been brokering here in the Hamptons exclusively for more than 20 years, and combining my market knowledge with my professional experience provides my customers with a unique set of skills.
Any advice for sellers and buyers?
Sellers and buyers have to be willing to listen to what the local Hamptons market is telling them. There is a lot of news and information out there nationally, but the Hamptons market beats to its own drum and may have a different trend than the national market.
What is your favorite local dinner spot?
There are so many great choices, and I am excited to try some new ones this season. I recently had a great branzino at Elaia Estiatorio, which really stands out in my memory!
How did you first get started in the real estate industry?
After graduating from Cornell Law, I worked as a real estate attorney at two Manhattan law firms. I bought and sold a few properties in the Hamptons before realizing that this was my passion and making it a full-time career.

What neighborhood are you loving right now?
I am seeing a shift in the market: Customers are looking for a great property that suits their tastes and needs. They are less concerned about which town or hamlet to live in and more focused on their lifestyle.

Do you have any outstanding latest listings to share?
I have some excellent new-construction listings on the market right now. I love 40 Elm St. in Southampton Village—it is a total renovation of a beautiful historic village house. The property’s gravitas combined with the home’s modern updates is magical. I also exclusively represent several other new-construction homes: 8 Middle Pond, modern with fantastic water views and a roof entertaining deck; 228 White St., a classic Southampton Village home with beautiful finishes and coveted location; 518 N. Main St., modernist on reserve with high-end touches; and 11 Dering Lane, a grand estate on a private lane in East Hampton.
What makes these listings stand out among other listings?
I am so grateful to work with builders, developers and sellers who take pride in their homes and properties. Building to the highest standards and maintaining properties makes transactions go very smoothly, and these homes are ready to be enjoyed by their new owners!
