What is your favorite area of the Hamptons, and why do you love it? I love Water Mill, where I live. It’s a great, beautiful township. It makes me love where I live and love being out here, and it’s nice seeing people fall in love with the lifestyle out here too.
Where do you like to source food locally? I love supporting local businesses as much as I can. I’m a local boy and grew up with all of the local farm boys. It makes it pretty cool when I have friends come to town and they say, ‘Where’d you get the corn?’ and I say, ‘Down on the corner.’
What’s your go-to coffee or juice spot? I love Juice Press in Southampton. I think I’m there every day. You know it’s bad when the person knows your order and she puts it on the counter when you come in.
What’s your favorite restaurant for an alfresco dinner? Tutto il Giorno in Southampton. I think it’s got a great ambiance. Especially for me—it’s where my wife and I had our first date, so it’s somewhere I frequent often.

What’s your favorite place to exercise or work out? I used to go to the gym, but I’m now this COVID fitness guy. I like working out in my home gym that I built with a Peloton bike, weights and all sorts of stuff. I like the privacy of it; it’s therapeutic for me.

Where’s the best place to spot celebs in the Hamptons? I think what’s so cool about the Hamptons is they enter into society and no one gives them too much overplay. Go for a walk through East Hampton or Southampton Village, do a couple of laps, and you’ll probably run into two or three. I’ve seen Jerry Seinfeld running to Starbucks. They’re everywhere.
What is your dream home street or address? I’d love to have something on the water with a dock and a boat but with enough yard to have some space and enough square footage to have a 5,000- to 6,000-square-foot house. Glover Street in Sag Harbor on the water would be pretty cool.
What neighborhood are you loving right now? North of the highway Water Mill and Bridgehampton have been on fire. People are looking for a more year-round lifestyle house, and I think people have realized how beautiful those areas are and how they feel very south of the highway and farmy, and how central they are and how great it is to be central.
Hero Beach Club
What are you most looking forward to this summer? As a team, we’re doing two events with Hamptons magazine. We’re doing something at the Hampton Classic and a surf event at the Hero Beach Club doing surf lessons. Also, I’ve been having a lot of outdoor lunches with clients, people and friends, and I think that’s what I’m most looking forward to for summer because I feel like everybody’s living again, and it’s nice.
Any exciting listings or other real estate or business news that you want to spotlight? Our team has done over $400 million in sales since January 2020. To have the team have this success and what we’ve done has been so amazing. We’re bringing a $20 million property to market in East Hampton on Two Mile Hollow, an amazing, classic East Hampton traditional.
