Moby's stirs up summer with a new chef and restaurant renovations.

There’s nothing better than spicing up a beloved recipe, and with the new addition of Craft alum chef Kyle Koenig to the team, Moby’s does exactly that. “I’m excited to have joined the Moby's team, where we’re able to make the most of beautiful fruits and vegetables from New York State farms and local Long Island seafood,” says Koenig. As for his new summer bites? “We’re building on the coastal Italian menu, keeping the elements our guests love intact while introducing new dishes that reflect the restaurant’s vibe.” A new chef isn’t the only thing being added to the mix. Moby’s has also brought back a newly renovated version of the Market with a greater selection of food and drink items for dine-in and on the- go. With extensive indoor and outdoor seating situated on nearly 4 acres, Moby’s is looking forward to another exciting season of memorable meals. 341 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, 631.604.2227
