FoundRae founder and creative director and Montauk resident Beth Hutchens captures the radiant allure of the East End with her latest collection, Horizon.
Since 2015, FoundRae has stood at the intersection of innovative design and symbolism, offering cutting-edge designs that are more than mere accessories—they’re illustrative tokens. With an ethos deeply rooted in expression and growth, Beth Hutchens—the creative visionary behind the brand—crafts a collection that resonates well with the laid-back luxury of the Hamptons.
The Horizon collection is inspired by where the sea meets the sky.
“I love the possibilities that the Horizon collection conveys,” says Hutchens. “It was inspired by the Hamptons and Montauk specifically—the area has become a big part of my life, and I hadn’t expected that. The collection makes you think about what is before us in terms of opportunities and optimism and what the day will unveil for us. I view the Hamptons as a gathering place and a retreat. There’s enough nature around; the beach is only a few blocks away, and we ride our bikes. It allows you to balance gathering with friends and more private time to relax.”
At the core of the Horizon collection is an ethos of empowerment and inspiration, with dazzling design serving as a symbol of hope and the endless possibilities ahead. The range includes subtle pendants and bold bracelets crafted in 18K gold and adorned with colorful gemstones such as aquamarine, gray spinel and blue sapphire. These sophisticated sparkles represent a fresh face for FoundRae’s aesthetic, incorporating vibrant colors and unmatched luxury.
Embracing eternal glamour while honoring tradition, FoundRae redefines luxury through artisanal mastery. Hutchens’ design philosophy, deeply ingrained in every piece, is about more than aesthetics—it tells a story. The Horizon collection—a testament to the brand’s dedication to elegance and depth—celebrates individuality, inner strength and the personal narratives we carry with us.
“I feel like my jewelry reflects the wearer,” says Hutchens. “Each story is unique—how people wear it and the combinations. Every day, we look at what people put together and think, ‘I’ve never seen that before.’ The combinations are endless. When you see three people standing next to each other and wearing FoundRae, it’s such personal reflections representing them as individuals—it makes me proud.” goop, 4 Bay St., Sag Harbor,foundrae.com;goop.com
