Chef and co-founder Jarad McCarroll is bringing his expertise from Ocean Club St. Barths to Ocean Club Montauk in late June. The new and exclusive restaurant will reside within the Montauk Yacht Club, whose management has been overtaken by Proper Hospitality. The 200-seat restaurant will hold two chef counters and a chef's table. Fluke tartare, wood-fired beef with smoked beet ketchup and other unique dishes can be expected at the new three-room-wide Montauk specialty.

John Meadow has breathed new life into the charming historic hotel across from East Hampton’s pond. Beginning in mid-June, he introduces La Dolce Vita, an Italian dining experience akin to his renowned Scarpetta Beach at Gurney’s. The restaurant, under the expert direction of chef Jorge Espinoza—who oversees all of LDV hospitality’s culinary ventures—will focus on fresh coastal cuisine. Diners can look forward to dishes like spaghetti alla Nerano, featuring fried zucchini and provolone, and squid ink linguine enriched with crabmeat, uni, Calabrian chile and a hint of lemon.

Just like Il Pellicano and Bijoux, the restaurant and nightclub in Manhattan, the Hamptons location is sure to provide both a good meal and a good time.
