Three NYC wellness experts joined forces to create the newest invitation-only fitness studio—and it involves a trampoline, crazy cool beats and a lot of childlike enthusiasm.

It seems that fitness boutiques and concepts pop up almost daily in the city, but we’ve got our sights set on the ness, an invitation-only, intimate fitness class, which opened its Tribeca studio in March. Founded and conceptualized by workout gurus Dria Murphy, Colette Dong and Aly Giampolo, who fused their varying fitness backgrounds, the unique class utilizes trampolines for a low-impact, beat-based workout guaranteed to make you sweat. New clients looking to join can be referred by an existing client, which, according to Giampolo, ensures the trainers know their members beforehand, creating a more personal experience. And just like its clients, the ness is packing up and heading out East for the summer. “We felt so strongly about having a presence because it’s where our clients are and it’s what they’re craving,” says Murphy. Head to Gurney’s Montauk, Gurney’s Star Island or The Sanctuary (The Surf Lodge’s wellness venture) to stay bikini ready this summer. Insider tip: The ness will offer private training to clients around the Hamptons.
