Oceanic Global brings The End to the Hamptons.

Once again Oceanic Global is hitting the Hamptons to make a splash to support the global Plastic Free movement this July at Oceanic Global’s event THE END. The nonprofit raises awareness for the devastating effects of human consumption on the ocean, which covers 70% of our planet and produces 70% of our oxygen. Hamptonites can enjoy surf lessons, food, drinks, beach cleanup and an auction, all to benefit positive change by providing a variety of resources and free industry-specific guides for adopting sustainable practices meeting environmental needs. “At Oceanic Global, our mission is to inspire us all to care deeply for the ocean and to provide solutions and tools to empower communities to take a leadership role in driving positive change,” says Cassia Patel, program director for Oceanic Global. “On that note, we are thrilled to see our grassroots NYC and Hamptons hubs coming together to spearhead this daylong celebration for ocean awareness, action and play in honor of Plastic Free July as a true community-led effort.”
