A unique taste of South Beach comes to the Hamptons this summer.
Pilo’s Tequila Garden, a popular Miami nightclub and restaurant, has opened Pilo’s Beach Club in Southampton where it will remain for the rest of the summer. The indoor and outdoor club hopes to bring a bit of Miami flavor the partygoers out East.
“We can’t wait to bring the true ‘Miami experience’ to The Hamptons,” owner and founder Derek Gonzalez states in a press release. “We are doing something no one has done before in The Hamptons by creating an approachable, fun, elevated and energetic scene.”

Ambience is of the essence for the pop-up, as Pilo’s prioritizes its guest experience. The indoor bar features murals from Mexican artist Senoke, while the outdoor seating area—enclosed by beech-wood paneling and palm trees—features stages for DJs and artists to perform.
Spain's DJ Nano and Australian-bred Hook N Sling are set to perform at the club’s grand opening this Fourth of July weekend, and the electro-pop band Cheat Codes will perform on the holiday itself.
The menu promises fresh ingredients and artisinal dishes. The menu is full of Miami staples, including fruity cocktails like Elenita’s Bubbles made from Cincoro Blanco Tequila, lemon juice, orange juice, raspberry syrup and sparkling wine; as well as tropical rum drinks like the Lago de Fuego made with Santa Tierra Espadin Mezcal, Santa Teresa Rum, fresh orange and Jarritos Tamarind. Special bottles are also on the menu, allowing guests to purchase packages worth up to $2500.

Pilo’s Beach Club takes its name from its two Miami locations: Pilo’s Street Tacos and Pilo’s Tequila Garden. All three locations prioritize the hiring of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, trying to make a difference in both the workforce and for the individuals themselves.
The two Miami locations have received rave reviews online since opening in 2017, with many praising its late-night scene, Mexican aesthetic and overall “good vibes.”
Pilo's hopes the Southampton pop-up can liven this northeast summer during a time when we could all use a little extra excitement. Being one of the most popular vacation spots in the country, there's no doubt the Pilo's experience will reach a brand new crowd.
Pilo's Beach Club is open Thursday to Sunday from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m, at 125 Tuckahoe Lane, Southampton. Visit PilosBeachClub.com to learn more.
