Cult-favorite HIIT endurance workout Punch Pedal House heads out East again for summer weekend pop-ups—guaranteed to whip you into shape.
Punch Pedal House’s Joey Foley grew up holding a football. He went on to be a Division 1 athlete at the University of Pittsburgh before a career-ending injury cost Foley his future in football. Forced to leave sports in the past, Foley planned a new career path in the financial and real estate professions. But after constantly feeling like he could do more with his future, he returned to the sports spectrum as a SoulCycle instructor, where his entrepreneurial lightbulb went off and the idea for PPH formed. Since its inception, the Dumbo-based mom-and-pop fitness boutique gained a cultlike following, and now it heads out East for a summerlong pop-up series: Harmless Harvest presents Punch Pedal House at The Montauk Beach House. Curated by Foley and fiancee Nada, the outdoor bootcamp-style workout mixes endurance training and dynamic functional circuit workouts. Don’t miss your opportunity to get a kick-butt workout from the best in the biz. Saturdays through August 31, 9:30 a.m., punch-pedal.com
