The Hamptons summer is heating up with its newest members-only club, Rally Point East.

Hiding behind the Hamptons’ hedges and large mansions, an even more exhilarating feat awaits. A first of its kind, the members-only club Rally Point East welcomes those with a passion for the total automobile experience. From F1 fans to classic and vintage restorers and hypercar collectors, the club brings together a who’s who of the automobile world. With even the most elite trying to get in, you have to act fast to come in first at this club’s finish line.

“Rally Point East brings to the Hamptons all the same feels of NYC car clubs, except you are given a first-class environment where you can relax, revive or work any day of the week while bonding over each of your friends’ or other members’ love for automotive mastery,” says Rally Point East press director Michael Snell.
There is never a shortage of performance cars integrated right into the members lounge.
Fueled by their obsession with petrol, founders Chris and Kelly DiJorio curated this club to not only be an epic destination to drive but also a stunning place for members to work and play. Reimagining the typical motoring club, Rally Point East—located in the private Gabreski Airport—features a climate-controlled car storage, lobby, private members conference room, business center and vast, luxury-utilitarian warehouse. As the first and only facility of its kind, the warehouse sports polished concrete floors and gallery-style white walls that are home to automotive memorabilia and curated works from brands like Gallery Momentum, Paul Oz, After the Race, House of Spoils and Maranello Design, along with curated reading materials from Retromotive and Type 7. Adding to the design, the Brooklyn-based design firm Lichen has filled the space with unique pieces that pay homage to automotive club culture, and Master & Dynamic has put its Midas touch on the club’s bespoke audio system. With no detail overlooked, the team has also created a signature scented candle by Hamptons Handpoured along with a handselected Club Roast coffee from Hampton Coffee that can be enjoyed at the club’s coffee bar, along with a highly tailored selection of other nonalcoholic drinks.

“You have total autonomy to enjoy the various perks, services and events that are included with your membership—making it feel less like an obligation and more like you are going to a really cool part of your house,” says Snell. Adding a modern twist, the club not only involves physical driving but also virtual racing on one of the two racing simulators. This feature allows you to project and view any race you can imagine across the club’s expansive walls. With an exceptional roster of season programming, this club will have you in (or watching) the best races the Hamptons have to offer. He adds, “Name another club that lets you bring your sports car right up inside to watch the F1 race or participate in a charity rally or receive VIP invites to the launch of a one-of-a-kind concept car… I can’t!”

It’s safe to say that the application process is not an easy practice drive around the track. With the increased number of New Yorkers settling into their Hamptons homes, a new community has broken ground, looking for an exciting and unique way to spend their time. After the completion of the application process and a brief interview, yearly dues are collected and admittance is granted. With the first group of founding members already admitted and the first launch event rally under wraps, there’s not a second to waste. 215 Roger’s Way, Ste. H, Westhampton Beach, 631.684.9068
