East Hampton Springs local favorite Rita Cantina is expanding beyond its tried and true Oaxacan-inspired cuisine and partnering with Bar Goto Niban to bring Japanese-inspired tastes to the Hamptons.
On Saturday, August 13th and Sunday, August 14th, bar maven Kenta Goto will collaborate with Rita Cantina’s renowned team on delicious beverages and plates, including a Japanese-infused margarita available on draft.

Other notable cocktails and dishes include the Far East Side, Ume Paloma, miso chicken wings and Kombu celery. Beverage director and head of operations Adam Miller and executive chef Eric Miller will still be serving up Rita Cantina’s iconic seasonal margaritas and locally-sourced, coastal Mexican dishes.
