Head to Sel Rrose Oyster Bar & Lounge for some cocktails, delicious oysters and a night you won’t forget.
For Kristin Vincent, founder and owner of Sel Rrose, it was time to explore beyond the Lower East Side of NYC. That’s where the perfect creation of Sel Rrose Montauk comes in. Vincent has brought the popular bar and lounge to the east end waterfront, where on any night of the week avant-garde professionals, fashionistas and artists can be found laughing and drinking for their best night of the week. Owning three other bars, the Montauk location is the first east end outpost for Vincent and to make it memorable, she collaborated with NYC award-winning design firm D’Aquino Monaco to craft the exquisite decor. Featuring indoor and outdoor sections with brass fixtures and canopies, the hotspot also has a barn-style dining room with a hand-painted mural by Candice Kaye Designs. The layout and design of the restaurant emphasize the perfect beachy ambiance where one can enjoy carefully curated cocktails, natural wines and, of course, fresh oysters. Sel Rrose Montauk Oyster Bar & Lounge should be at the top of your list for a must-do by the summer’s end, as it certainly is at the top of ours. 4 S. Elmwood Ave., selrrose.com
