How Southampton Sweat Has Gone From Strength to Strength

Southampton Sweat, the uber-popular fitness festival frequented by the creme de la creme of New York and the Hamptons, is now in its fourth year. This year is gearing up to be the best yet, as the festival continues to grow and expand with exciting partnerships and new collaborations. The key to Southampton Sweat’s ongoing success is based in its originative strategy around partnerships and top of the line fitness partnerships.

This year the innovative and first of its kind festival will be hosted by Christie and Sailor Brinkley and will be held at the Southampton Arts Center. Cult fitness favorites such as Dogpound, The Class by Taryn Toomey, Anna Kaiser, Mile High Run Club, Tone House, BRICK New York, and SoHo Strength Lab will all be teaching installments of the jam-packed day of wellness programming. Celebrity trainer Evan Betts will teach on behalf of Tone House while super-cult Akin’s Army founder Akin Akman will teach a modified version of his signature class.

But festival-goers will get so much more than just an incredible workout. Attendees will also be able to enjoy amazing complementary health food and beverages as well as wellness experiences throughout the day. Southampton Sweat is truly a one-stop shop for a transformative wellness experience.

The celebrity mother-daughter duo hosting the fabulous event, Christie and Sailor Brinkley, is a new twist to Southampton Sweat. The partnership is so thoughtful because both Brinkley's are extremely active in the wellness communities. “I’m so excited to be hosting something as positive and motivational as Southampton Sweat! Exercise has been such a saving grace in my life. Working with and pushing your body makes you develop such a beautiful appreciation of it while also inspiring you to strive to be a better version of yourself (Inside and outside of the gym). My mom and I love staying active together and are so excited to be able to spread excitement about all the fun ways to get your body moving,” says Sailor.

With so much in store, it’s easy to see why this wellness festival continues to blossom and grow. We can’t wait to see where Southampton Sweat goes next.
