Allow us to introduce its revived menu rife with Japanese-inspired fare and umami flavors. “We saw so much success with our Japanese items on last year’s menu,” says head of culinary and operations Dane Sayles. “We know what our customers are excited about, and that is a contemporary Japanese menu highlighting fresh fish, sushi, wagyu and more.” Our favorites?
