“To be successful in real estate, you have to be a people person, you have to have insight and be able to read people, figure out what they want, have a tremendous amount of patience, work extremely hard 24/7 and, most importantly, never give up,” says Breitenbach. “You must always put your client’s best interests first, and that earned trust is the most important thing.”

Water Mill I like as well—it is easy to go to Southampton, Bridgehampton or Sag Harbor—it is right in the middle of it all.”
