Corcoran Group’s no. 1 Hamptons agent, Susan Breitenbach, has devoted her 33-year career to helping hundreds of her clients find their dream homes, properties and rentals.
Since she first entered the real estate industry, licensed real estate broker Susan Breitenbach (susanbreitenbach.com) has garnered an extensive luxury clientele and earned countless prestigious awards in her field, honoring her tireless work ethic, skilled expertise, and accomplishments in the national and international real estate sectors.
“I’ve always loved real estate and found it so interesting, even when I worked on Wall Street,” Susan Breitenbach shares. “When I moved to the Hamptons 43 years ago with my husband, who has a high-end construction company, it just made sense.”
located at 360 Dune Road, this currently on-the-market modern Bridgehampton beach house includes 1.7 bayfront acres of property, a pool, a dock, breathtaking ocean views and more.
After beginning her career working on Wall Street, it was Breitenbach’s love for the Hamptons and her unwavering passion for realty that motivated her to enter the real estate industry. Today, Breitenbach has marketed more than $900 million in listings, ranked second in all of the U.S. for her record-breaking sales volume and garnered more than $6 billion in sales for her exclusive clientele.
“The most rewarding part of my job is helping people, which is much more important than any commission,” says Breitenbach.
The Corcoran Group agent sold a recordbreaking $663 million in 24 months and has continuously been ranked as the No. 1 Hamptons agent by sales volume.

“To be successful in real estate, you have to be a people person, you have to have insight and be able to read people, figure out what they want, have a tremendous amount of patience, work extremely hard 24/7 and, most importantly, never give up,” says Breitenbach. “You must always put your client’s best interests first, and that earned trust is the most important thing.”
Throughout her career, Breitenbach has worked alongside countless celebrities, investors, industry leaders, estate attorneys, public figures and international clients to market, list and sell properties across the Hamptons. As a New York City native, Breitenbach grew up visiting the area, inspiring her to make the Hamptons her home and the base for her work in luxury real estate.
“When we moved to the Hamptons 43 years ago, it was going to be either here or Aspen,” says Breitenbach. “I had a summer home my whole life in the Hamptons and my parents had eventually moved here full time. We decided to move to the Hamptons and raise our family here, which was one of the best choices we made.”
Most recently, Breitenbach has listed an Amagansett oceanfront compound at 266 and 271 Marine Blvd., a custom estate at 72 Highland Terrace in Bridgehampton and more. Her recent sales have spanned modern and traditional-style homes, beachfront abodes, expansive properties and waterfront developments.

Breitenbach is determined to help her clients buy and sell properties in the most premier locations in the area, from Sag Harbor to Amagansett. Her favorite Hamptons neighborhoods include Sag Harbor, Amagansett, Sagaponack, Bridgehampton and Water Mill.
the recently sold Redcroft Estate is situated on 3.3 acres of property in Southampton.
“All the towns in the Hamptons are amazing and each has its own charm and unique character,” says Breitenbach. “Southampton and East Hampton have more gated estates, bigger villages, and Sagaponack and Bridgehampton are a little more rural. Water Mill I like as well—it is easy to go to Southampton, Bridgehampton or Sag Harbor—it is right in the middle of it all.”
