Curated by Chef Philippe Corbet, this special Thanksgiving feast menu is available for both dine-in and take-out with plenty of entrees and sides portioned for all families big and small. The entree special features roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, chestnut-sunchoke stuffing, sweet potato souffle, roasted lemon brussels sprouts and plenty of gravy. Save the stress about who brings dessert and throw in their apple tarte tatin into the package to complete the perfect meal.

What began as a two-story speakeasy and stored liquor during Prohibition in 1910 was later converted into the highly praised restaurant known and loved today. Owners Christian Mir and Elaine Digiacomo fulfilled their dreams of opening a restaurant by buying the building back in 1996 and continues to serve as a local favorite in the Hamptons. The Thanksgiving 3-Course Prix Fix menu has dishes like tuna tartare, potato gnocchi ala Romana, roasted natural turkey and truffle mac and cheese. Most of the dine-in options are also available for take-out a la carte, including the cinnamon sugar donuts and pumpkin cheesecake, or skip the decision-making and order the family-sized Thanksgiving dinner package that serves up to four, plus leftovers.

Luckily, Claude’s Thanksgiving Special package includes their beautifully crafted Thursday night dinner, a hearty breakfast for the drive home the next morning and a place to take a turkey nap for two. For those families who enjoy more of a Thanksgiving lunch, enjoy a delicious and festive three-course meal from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. starting at 48 dollars per person and 28 dollars for children under twelve. They are expected to serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, including everyone’s tried and true roasted turkey, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and plenty of other side dishes that somehow always steal the show.
