Ingredients
2 oz Dano's Pineapple & Jalapeño Fresh Fruit Infused Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh-squeezed lime juice
Tajin sugar
Salt
Steps
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake/mix thoroughly
Garnish rim of a highball or rocks class with Tajin sugar/salt mix
Pour over ice
Dano’s SMASH
Ingredients
2 oz Dano’s Pineapple & Jalapeño Fresh Fruit Infused Tequila
.25 oz Agave syrup
1 Small slice of fresh pineapple
6 Fresh mint leaves
Sparkling water to top
Steps
In a cocktail shaker, muddle syrup, pineapple and mint
Add ice and tequila to the cocktail shaker
Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple slice

.25 oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
.75 oz Fresh-squeezed lime juice
.5 oz Passion fruit puree (or fresh passion fruit muddled)
1 Dehydrated lime wheel
Steps
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake/mix thoroughly
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
