Vertical & The Cinema Society hosted a screening of "Widow Clicquot" at the Crosby Street Hotel and Ladurée Soho

A très chic evening unfolded as the Cinema Society & Vertical hosted the premiere of "Widow Clicquot", the true story of Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin Clicquot, who, in her 20's in the early 1800's in France, after her husband's untimely death, takes the reins of the wine business they had nurtured together, defying her critics to become one of the world's first great female entrepreneurs. Haley Bennett stars and was on hand for the screening at the Crosby Street Hotel, followed by a fittingly French fête in the garden of Ladurée Soho, where Veuve Clicquot flowed, bien sur.
